Shipping: Add $10.00 for ground shipping in Canada, on packages weighing less than 10 lbs. Billing for other shipments will be based on weight, special shipping requests and destinations.
Returns: You may return any stock item* with in 30 days for credit, exchange or full refund. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any merchandise. Packages returned without an RAN will be refused. Returns should be sent via insured prepaid Purolator or Canadian Postal Service for your protection and for prompt service. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition complete with original packaging and a copy of your receipt to receive appropriate credit or refund.
